I had for a 4 point inspection and wind mitigation done. They approved the policy. My house insurance goes through my mortgage holder. So Tower Hill got paid through them, and I cancelled my old insurance carrier. Then after about a month and a half, I get a cancellation notice. They sent their own inspector in and reported a couple shingles were missing and a piece of soffit square was missing and rust on a decorative post on my porch. My roof was over 10 years old, so I quickly got the roof replaced and took care of the other issues as well before the cancellation deadline. They worked with me and not only did they keep the policy from getting cancelled, my premium is now lower because of the new roof.

Tried to obtain a quote for an HO6 on my condominium. The gentleman insisted that he knew better than I did even though I've been through six floods. He tried to tell me that my condominium associations insurance didn't cover the walls or anything else. From the inside. I tried to explain to him that I've been through six floods and he was wrong he didn't want to hear it. He was insistent that his way was the right way whatever way that was the conversation ended rather abruptly because he wasn't willing to listen.

We have been searching for a more affordable homeowners insurance policy and we got a quick response from James Bonn at cornerstone insurance. Cornerstone came in clutch when my existing insurance cancelled my policy due to a discrepancy from the inspection report. For more than 30 years I was insured by one of the “Big Four” insurance companies and dealt directly with that company’s agent. We live out of state and were purchasing a home in Tampa. Cornerstone made easy and convenient to accomplish the paper work and get coverage in a tight time frame for the closing which was critical for us. A year later when we had a new roof put on and were eligible for a discount, all the wind mitigation paperwork was handled fast and smoothly with just a phone call- again from afar.

I had for a 4 point inspection and wind mitigation done. They approved the policy. My house insurance goes through my mortgage holder. So Tower Hill got paid through them, and I cancelled my old insurance carrier. Then after about a month and a half, I get a cancellation notice. They sent their own inspector in and reported a couple shingles were missing and a piece of soffit square was missing and rust on a decorative post on my porch. My roof was over 10 years old, so I quickly got the roof replaced and took care of the other issues as well before the cancellation deadline. They worked with me and not only did they keep the policy from getting cancelled, my premium is now lower because of the new roof.
