The market for Florida homeowners insurance, auto insurance, watercraft, rv etc has extreme rate and coverage option challenges unique to Florida. Many of the common brand carriers have left the state, raised premiums to an unaffordable level or reduced coverage to a point that too many exposures are not properly covered.
Cornerstone does not do business with every carrier looking to swoop in and think Florida is an easy place to do business. We partner with companies specifically having years of experience in Florida, or with newer companies with highly experienced management teams, but ideally both. We specialize in building a package of coverage and protection around the active and sometimes complex scenarios lived out every day by our clients.
